Fancy eggplants

Wild rice mushroom soup (Epicurious; EPI)
- I added chicken
Eggplant gratin with saffron custard from Essential NYTimes Cookbook (NYT)
Soy Vey Salmon
- A la Auntie Adina
Stir fried noodles with mixed veggies, chicken and pork (No recipe)
- this one turned out really blah.
