Back to Epicurious and a Diwali party
Rotelle with salmon and vodka sauce (EPI)
Made two times of the matar paneer and kept some at home. Brought the rest to Tara and Jorg's annual Diwali party. Good eating and good times were had by all. What an awesome family. Nitai was born 1 day before Max, same hospital. Sweet sweet boys.
Pasta sauce was pretty much blah. Takes forever to boil down the sauce and still too thin. Flaking the salmon seems like a big waste. Not to mention the cream!

Maple Oatmeal Bread
From Lisa....and also from the Fresh Loaf website.
Following the recipe, the dough was WAY too wet. I ended up adding around 5 MORE cups of flour!!!! But hey, the bread was super yummy!!! Thanks Lisa!
