Only a few hours left before bedtime, getting up, and work. I managed to make chicken chopped liver. Bought said livers at Sunset. It would probably have been ok in the fridge for a couple of days, but I did not want to risk it....Anyway, I used a recipe from Williams Sonoma with additions from NYT Jewish Cookbook. Result? Yum! I made too much though....What to do????? Can it be frozen? Equivocal information from the Web...
